" And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:  Revelation 13:16.

The prophet John makes a cryptic statement saying that at  some point future to his day "all"… that is everyone in the entire world, will receive a mark in their right hand or in their foreheads. This indicates that some 2000 years before it happened, God’s prophet saw that everyone on earth would be able to be tracked and would be influenced or compelled to receive this "mark".

It is not the intent of this particular post to go into the specifics to what the mark of the beast is, suffice it to say it will occur in a religious setting, but it will be sustained, backed, upheld, and executed by the secular arm of governments all around the world. This is clearly seen from the language of the prophecy itself.  The total context from which the above Scripture was taken reads:

 "And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.  
 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,  And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.  And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.  And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.  Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six." Revelation 13:11-18. 
 

One can see that the entire issue concerns the power identified as "another beast" (nation or kingdom in Bible prophecy) causing the "earth", and the people that "dwell" on the earth "to worship" in a certain way. Although a religious law at its heart we see the situation spilling over beyond the religious world and affecting the political and the social (laws being passed that "causeth" or forces people to worship in a certain fashion or to worship a particular God), as well as into the economic sphere, "no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."

Given this prophetic backdrop, we should not be surprized when we find that telecom companies were turning over communications of American citizens to the government…which amounted to warrant-less searches in violation of the 4th amendment to the constitution, and to still further hear men of influence and power making a case as to why these companies should not be held accountable as we see below:

On the other hand there have been some statesman that see the issue in the proper light and point out the grave dangers in situations like this. Senator Dodd on Meet the Press in the video below points out that there were some companies that did not turn over the requested information, but that they requested a warrant. When no warrant was forth coming then they did not comply. The senator also points out that he has been given to understand that the companies that did not comply were punished financially.

On yesterday I posted concerning vote fraud. Vote fraud, or controlling the vote from behind the scenes is being exposed more and more. Whether it be by Republicans, or Democrats  is irrelevant, the fact is that it is being done, and the ultimate goal of this will be to create an America and a World where the people at large will be under the control of a "trinity of evil" identified by the prophets as the "dragon, the beast, and the false prophet."

One of things that have made America great is the right to vote and  to have that vote counted, that is to have your vote heard. Nevertheless, you have had certain interest that have attempted to keep certain people and certain classes of people from voting in America.

In early America neither Blacks nor woman were allowed to vote. In short they virtually had no voice, even in a land where the idea of freedom was sounded abroad.

America is represented in Bible prophecy by the prophet, John, as a beast with lamb-like horns that speaketh as a dragon. Revelation 13:11. The term "beast" when used in a prophetic context in the Bible represents a nation, or kingdom. So why this seeming contradiction?…..Lamb-like horns, but speaks like a dragon?

The Lamb-like horns point to the spirit of freedom and meekness represented by the the principles of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Lamb symbol is employed to represent Christ who is represented throughout the Bible as the Lamb of God. However, the principles of the dragon, Satan, would also be striving for supremacy in the hearts and minds of men and women.

So in this struggle we see the principles of freedom as laid out in the Bill Of Rights, the first Ten Amendments to the Constitution. These principles strike directly at the heart of tyranny in all of its forms be they politically or religiously motivated. They pointed to a country without a King and a church without a Pope. The horrors of the dark ages had taught the people the tyranny that could result from such political and religious systems and they wanted no more of them…thus we see the secret of the prosperity of America…the grand principles of the protestant concept of liberty expounded by the Bible prophets…and the idea of a democratic republic…not a pure democracy as we so often hear today.

Because prophecy foretells a repudiation of the principles that made America great (the speaking as a dragon) we might begin to see the right of the people to have their voice counted begin to be undermined. Reporter Greg Palast Warns Obama vote Fraud Could Cost Him:

A recent article by reporter Greg Palast on his blog warned Barak Obama to beware of vote fraud. He writes:

 "In swing-state Colorado, the Republican Secretary of State conducted the biggest purge of voters in history, dumping a fifth of all registrations. Guess their color.In swing-state Florida, the state is refusing to accept about 85,000 new registrations from voter drives – overwhelming Black voters. In swing state New Mexico, HALF of the Democrats of Mora, a dirt poor and overwhelmingly Hispanic county, found their registrations disappeared this year, courtesy of a Republican voting contractor.

In swing states Ohio and Nevada, new federal law is knocking out tens of thousands of voters who lost their homes to foreclosure.

My investigations partner spoke directly to Barack Obama about it. (When your partner is Robert F. Kennedy Jr., candidates take your phone call.) The cool, cool Senator Obama told Kennedy he was “concerned” about the integrity of the vote in the Southwest in particular.

It is indeed chilling to be living in an America where there is documented proof that the people have well-nigh lost all power to choose those who would be their leaders…the people of the U.S. and of the world should have listened to the prophets!

 "And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must…be; but the end shall not be yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:" Mark 13:7,8

Jesus foretelling future events forewarned of "wars and rumours of wars" as signs to look for pointing to the final events that will occur on earth before he returns. He also pointed out that these things must be, but the end is not yet. In fact there were and have been wars and rumors of wars on numerous occasions since he made the statement , but the end is not yet. There were other occurances that had to come to pass, but the prophetic implication is that these wars, and rumors thereof, will intensify as the end draws closer and closer.

The prophetic siginificance that I would like to point out in this particular post however, are the implications of this war( billed as part of the overall war on terror) as it pertains to the damage done to the United States and the rights of it citizens. The great majority of the American people are opposed to this war, in fact, very many of them believe that it was based on total deception.

What is troubling about it however is the refusal of the elected representatives to abide by the will of the people. The American taxpayer is being forced to spend billions and billions of dollars for a war that they have very clearly voiced that they do not want. Additionally,millions of Americans are losing their homes, paying higher gas prices, food prices etc., while seeing billions of their tax dollars being committed to war spending, and bank bailouts. Yet the mantra of "government by the people" in "free" America is still touted.

The Bible prophets warned us that the basic representative government in America would eventually come under assault, and at length be changed…but the people have not wished to listen or regard the voice of the prophets. We have been told by the Bible to "Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper." 2 Chronicles 20:20. But we have not listened to this and as a result we find ourselves living in a different America…an America which the ideals of the BIll Of RIghts have become lightly regarded by many in positions of power. And the result of this will be an America that is unrecognizable from what it use to be and what made it great.

An excellent example of this is when long time senator and Republican Nominee for president John McCain was asked on 60 minutes "At what point do you stop doing what you think is right, and start doing what the majority of the American want" (with regard to the war in Iraq).  Senator McCain responded, "I disagree with what the majority of the American people want".

"Madam Speaker, I have, for the past 35 years, expressed my grave concern for the future of America . The course we have taken over the past century has threatened our liberties, security and prosperity. In spite of these long-held concerns, I have days–growing more frequent all the time–when I’m convinced the time is now upon us that some Big Events are about to occur. These fast-approaching events will not go unnoticed. They will affect all of us. They will not be limited to just some areas of our country. The world economy and political system will share in the chaos about to be unleashed.

Though the world has long suffered from the senselessness of wars that should have been avoided, my greatest fear is that the course on which we find ourselves will bring even greater conflict and economic suffering to the innocent people of the world–unless we quickly change our ways.

America , with her traditions of free markets and property rights, led the way toward great wealth and progress throughout the world as well as at home. Since we have lost our confidence in the principles of liberty, self reliance, hard work and frugality, and instead took on empire building, financed through inflation and debt, all this has changed. This is indeed frightening and an historic event.

The problem we face is not new in history. Authoritarianism has been around a long time. For centuries, inflation and debt have been used by tyrants to hold power, promote aggression, and provide “bread and circuses” for the people. The notion that a country can afford “guns and butter” with no significant penalty existed even before the 1960s when it became a popular slogan. It was then, though, we were told the Vietnam War and the massive expansion of the welfare state were not problems. The seventies proved that assumption wrong.

Today things are different from even ancient times or the 1970s. There is something to the argument that we are now a global economy. The world has more people and is more integrated due to modern technology, communications, and travel. If modern technology had been used to promote the ideas of liberty, free markets, sound money and trade, it would have ushered in a new golden age–a globalism we could accept.

Instead, the wealth and freedom we now enjoy are shrinking and rest upon a fragile philosophic infrastructure. It is not unlike the levies and bridges in our own country that our system of war and welfare has caused us to ignore.

I’m fearful that my concerns have been legitimate and may even be worse than I first thought. They are now at our doorstep. Time is short for making a course correction before this grand experiment in liberty goes into deep hibernation.

There are reasons to believe this coming crisis is different and bigger than the world has ever experienced. Instead of using globalism in a positive fashion, it’s been used to globalize all of the mistakes of the politicians, bureaucrats and central bankers.

Being an unchallenged sole superpower was never accepted by us with a sense of humility and respect. Our arrogance and aggressiveness have been used to promote a world empire backed by the most powerful army of history. This type of globalist intervention creates problems for all citizens of the world and fails to contribute to the well-being of the world’s populations. Just think how our personal liberties have been trashed here at home in the last decade.

The financial crisis, still in its early stages, is apparent to everyone: gasoline prices over $4 a gallon; skyrocketing education and medical-care costs; the collapse of the housing bubble; the bursting of the NASDAQ bubble; stock markets plunging; unemployment rising; massive underemployment; excessive government debt; and unmanageable personal debt. Little doubt exists as to whether we’ll get stagflation. The question that will soon be asked is: When will the stagflation become an inflationary depression?

There are various reasons that the world economy has been globalized and the problems we face are worldwide. We cannot understand what we’re facing without understanding fiat money and the long-developing dollar bubble.

There were several stages. From the inception of the Federal Reserve System in 1913 to 1933, the Central Bank established itself as the official dollar manager. By 1933, Americans could no longer own gold, thus removing restraint on the Federal Reserve to inflate for war and welfare.

By 1945, further restraints were removed by creating the Bretton-Woods Monetary System making the dollar the reserve currency of the world. This system lasted up until 1971. During the period between 1945 and 1971, some restraints on the Fed remained in place. Foreigners, but not Americans, could convert dollars to gold at $35 an ounce. Due to the excessive dollars being created, that system came to an end in 1971.

It’s the post Bretton-Woods system that was responsible for globalizing inflation and markets and for generating a gigantic worldwide dollar bubble. That bubble is now bursting, and we’re seeing what it’s like to suffer the consequences of the many previous economic errors.

Ironically in these past 35 years, we have benefited from this very flawed system. Because the world accepted dollars as if they were gold, we only had to counterfeit more dollars, spend them overseas (indirectly encouraging our jobs to go overseas as well) and enjoy unearned prosperity. Those who took our dollars and gave us goods and services were only too anxious to loan those dollars back to us. This allowed us to export our inflation and delay the consequences we now are starting to see.

But it was never destined to last, and now we have to pay the piper. Our huge foreign debt must be paid or liquidated. Our entitlements are coming due just as the world has become more reluctant to hold dollars. The consequence of that decision is price inflation in this country–and that’s what we are witnessing today. Already price inflation overseas is even higher than here at home as a consequence of foreign central banks’ willingness to monetize our debt.

Printing dollars over long periods of time may not immediately push prices up–yet in time it always does. Now we’re seeing catch-up for past inflating of the monetary supply. As bad as it is today with $4 a gallon gasoline, this is just the beginning. It’s a gross distraction to hound away at “drill, drill, drill” as a solution to the dollar crisis and high gasoline prices. Its okay to let the market increase supplies and drill, but that issue is a gross distraction from the sins of deficits and Federal Reserve monetary shenanigans.

This bubble is different and bigger for another reason. The central banks of the world secretly collude to centrally plan the world economy. I’m convinced that agreements among central banks to “monetize” U.S. debt these past 15 years have existed, although secretly and out of the reach of any oversight of anyone–especially the U.S. Congress that doesn’t care, or just flat doesn’t understand. As this “gift” to us comes to an end, our problems worsen. The central banks and the various governments are very powerful, but eventually the markets overwhelm when the people who get stuck holding the bag (of bad dollars) catch on and spend the dollars into the economy with emotional zeal, thus igniting inflationary fever.

This time–since there are so many dollars and so many countries involved–the Fed has been able to “paper” over every approaching crisis for the past 15 years, especially with Alan Greenspan as Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board, which has allowed the bubble to become history’s greatest.

The mistakes made with excessive credit at artificially low rates are huge, and the market is demanding a correction. This involves excessive debt, misdirected investments, over-investments, and all the other problems caused by the government when spending the money they should never have had. Foreign militarism, welfare handouts and $80 trillion entitlement promises are all coming to an end. We don’t have the money or the wealth-creating capacity to catch up and care for all the needs that now exist because we rejected the market economy, sound money, self reliance and the principles of liberty.

Since the correction of all this misallocation of resources is necessary and must come, one can look for some good that may come as this “Big Event” unfolds.

There are two choices that people can make. The one choice that is unavailable to us is to limp along with the status quo and prop up the system with more debt, inflation and lies. That won’t happen.

One of the two choices, and the one chosen so often by government in the past is that of rejecting the principles of liberty and resorting to even bigger and more authoritarian government. Some argue that giving dictatorial powers to the President, just as we have allowed him to run the American empire, is what we should do. That’s the great danger, and in this post-911 atmosphere, too many Americans are seeking safety over freedom. We have already lost too many of our personal liberties already. Real fear of economic collapse could prompt central planners to act to such a degree that the New Deal of the 30’s might look like Jefferson ’s Declaration of Independence.

The more the government is allowed to do in taking over and running the economy, the deeper the depression gets and the longer it lasts. That was the story of the 30s and the early 40s, and the same mistakes are likely to be made again if we do not wake up.

But the good news is that it need not be so bad if we do the right thing. I saw “Something Big” happening in the past 18 months on the campaign trail. I was encouraged that we are capable of waking up and doing the right thing. I have literally met thousands of high school and college kids who are quite willing to accept the challenge and responsibility of a free society and reject the cradle-to-grave welfare that is promised them by so many do-good politicians.

If more hear the message of liberty, more will join in this effort. The failure of our foreign policy, welfare system, and monetary policies and virtually all government solutions are so readily apparent, it doesn’t take that much convincing. But the positive message of how freedom works and why it’s possible is what is urgently needed.

One of the best parts of accepting self reliance in a free society is that true personal satisfaction with one’s own life can be achieved. This doesn’t happen when the government assumes the role of guardian, parent or provider, because it eliminates a sense of pride. But the real problem is the government can’t provide the safety and economic security that it claims. The so called good that government claims it can deliver is always achieved at the expense of someone else’s freedom. It’s a failed system and the young people know it.

Restoring a free society doesn’t eliminate the need to get our house in order and to pay for the extravagant spending. But the pain would not be long-lasting if we did the right things, and best of all the empire would have to end for financial reasons. Our wars would stop, the attack on civil liberties would cease, and prosperity would return. The choices are clear: it shouldn’t be difficult, but the big event now unfolding gives us a great opportunity to reverse the tide and resume the truly great American Revolution started in 1776. Opportunity knocks in spite of the urgency and the dangers we face.

Let’s make “Something Big Is Happening” be the discovery that freedom works and is popular and the big economic and political event we’re witnessing is a blessing in disguise."

A new book entitled, "Do Dead People Watch Us Shower? And Other Questions You’ve Been All But Dying to Ask a Medium." was recently published and the information and doctrine advaned in the book is what I have perceived for quite awhile to be one of the final elements of the manifestation of evil angels upon the earth before the return of Christ…the supposed ability of the dead to communicate with the living.

This is simply my introduction to a series on this topic, but below are some of the topics addressed in the book that we will address as they relate to Bible prophecy…believe me the entire issue is much, much larger than almost anyone recognizes. I watched a video lecture recently of a missionary wherein the speaker talked about, among other things, the imminent collapse of the economic system. However, he also spoke about something else that was very nefarious. He spoke about a plan given to military leaders which included locking entire cities and towns down when, as a result of the financial crisis, there will be no food…no trucks going in and out of the cities etc. He explained further that it was understood that the people would then leave the cities to try and go and find food.  In order to prevent this from happening he explained that the plan to the military leaders was to lock down the cities…no one comes in…no one goes out. Those inside would be left to starve to death. Thus the "burial vaults". He explained that this information had been provided to top military commanders, many of whom shared it with their wives, who in turn begin to allow some of this information to slip out.

He then referenced how there were thousands of "burial vaults" stored in Georgia. Just today I came across another article on this subject entitled,…Why are tens of thousands of plastic "burial vaults" stacked in a field near madison Georgia,  The author of the article writes, " I have no idea what to make of this one. All of the sites I was able to find that reference this stockpile assume that it has something to do with an upcoming American holocaust and martial law, etc. Again, I have no idea. Let’s try to work trough this one a bit… First of all, what are they? The product is called a “Burial Vault.” They are made by PolyGuard Vaults. Their website describes the product as follows:

A Burial Vault is an outside receptacle or container, in which the casket and remains are placed, at the time of burial. This helps to maintain the above ground aesthetics of the grave site.

Polyguard Burial Vaults are now manufactured using an injection moulding process, and constructed of non-biodegradable, water and chemical resistant polymers.

So, they’re not coffins, but liners in which coffins would be placed before burial."’  A video actually showing  the "burial vaults" is below.*

After reading this article on the author’s blog many of the comments express doubt or unbelief as to anything really all that nefarious going on. However, the Bible prophets are clear. Because of the overwhelming wickedness of the people, God’s Spirit of mercy is being withdrawn from the earth.  We are shown an illustration of how God deals with those who are insistent on doing evil by the prophet, Amos, with regard to the Israelites in the time before Christ. 

The prophet wrote: "Thus hath the Lord GOD showed unto me: and behold a basket of summer fruit. And he said, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A basket of summer fruit. Then said the LORD unto me, The end is come upon my people of Israel; I will not again pass by them any more.   And the songs of the temple shall be howlings in that day, saith the Lord GOD: there shall be many dead bodies in every place; they shall cast them forth with silence."  Amos 8:1-3.

We are indebted to God for His protection. He protects us from evil men and supernatural evil angels alike. But God will not condone evil by protecting us in evil while we disregard His will. He must withdraw His spirit from men, cities, and even nations that persist in evil. At that point wicked men, and evil angels, sometime in the form of men, are allowed to carry forth plans that otherwise would have been thwarted had the people been faithful to their Creator. WE must never forget, the same way that Gos dealt with Israel and the various other nations in the Bible, He deals with us today. God says "For I am the LORD, I change not…" Malachi 3:6.

We should have listened to the prophets.

The global economy is at the point of maximum danger

It feels like the summer of 1931. The world’s two biggest financial institutions have had a heart attack. The global currency system is breaking down. The policy doctrines that got us into this mess are bankrupt. No world leader seems able to discern the problem, let alone forge a solution.

The International Monetary Fund has abdicated into schizophrenia. It has upgraded its 2008 world forecast from 3.7pc to 4.1pc growth, whilst warning of a “chance of a global recession”. Plainly, the IMF cannot or will not offer any useful insights.

Its “mean-reversion” model misses the entire point of this crisis, which is that central banks have pushed debt to fatal levels by holding interest too low for a generation, and now the chickens have come home to roost. True “mean-reversion” would imply debt deflation on such a scale that would, if abrupt, threaten democracy.

The chilling statement above indicates a financial system where a power identified as "the beast", reaches a point of such control that he has absolute sway over the financial markets of the entire world. It is certainly unsettling…unable to "buy or sell" without the mark of the beast?

Now it stands to reason that for such an economic atmosphere to exist, as presented by the prophet John in the quote above, some power (the beast) will have discovered a way to manipulate the financial systems until "it" has gained total control. As this long process of manipulation progresses the prophets do not relay to us the details, but rather the final outcome…"that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name."

This long process(which Bible prophecy indicates is by design) is especially seen to be coming to fruition in the United States. Amid the mortgage crisis that the U.S. is currently experiencing a news story on MSNBC.COM entitled, Little Foreclosure Relief Seen From Housing Bill   pointed out: "After a year of debate, Congress appears close to passing a bill intended to stem the rising tide of home foreclosures and stabilize the shaky housing market. But even if the bill wins final passage — far from a certainty — the most optimistic forecasts suggest it would help only about 400,000 of the estimated 3 million homeowners who will likely lose their homes in the next year. (bold emphasis mine).

This amounts to less than 1/3 of people who will benefit from this bill. One has to ask what are the benefits of passing a bill, presumably designed to help struggling Americans with foreclosures, that will leave the majority of those in the same position they were in before the bill was passed?

The article pointed out further, "The centerpiece of the proposed foreclosure relief effort is $300 billion in federal loan guarantees to help homeowners refinance into mortgages with better terms. But attorneys, housing counselors and others working with strapped homeowners say the proposal falls short because it leaves the decision to modify a loan up to the lender or loan servicing company.That means the housing bill will have “little or no impact on the number of foreclosures,” according to O. Max Gardner III, a Shelby, N.C. bankruptcy attorney who works with homeowners who are trying to modify their mortgages."

The evidence from this articles indicates that the above legislation will do almost nothing for most of those who are in danger of foreclosure. The article also points out that the government has been proding lenders to rework or modify bad loans but "progress has been slow. A survey by Moody’s Investors Service released Monday found that as of March loan servicers had modified less than 10 percent of the subprime loans with interest rate resets — up from 3.5 percent in December. Some homeowners report that their modified loan came with higher monthly payments, offering little long-term relief. The survey found that about 40 percent of the loans modified in the first half of 2007 were 90 or more days delinquent as of the end of March."

So why does it appear that no meaningful legislation is being passed to help the people of America save their homes while large banking institutions are receving "bailouts"…receviing what one could term as "welfare"?  Could it be that this is happening because "we the people",collectively, have not listened to the warnings of the prophets? Has the power identified as the "beast" in the book of Revelation taken over our institutions, our governments, our schools and colleges, and even our thought process through what is termed entertainment? 

 Interestingly enough, "Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke" the article pointed out "warned this week that the ongoing housing crisis is having a serious ripple effect. ‘The declines in home prices have contributed to the rising tide of foreclosures,” Bernanke told a congressional panel. “By adding to the stock of vacant homes for sale, these foreclosures have in turn intensified the downward pressure on home prices in some areas.”’

And that’s not all…"A weakening economy, along with rising prices for food, energy and other household expenses, has expanded the pool of homeowners at risk of default. Some who might otherwise be able to keep up with their payments are falling behind as job loss or major health expense depletes their savings or retirement funds…. While the initial rounds of mortgage defaults and foreclosures were concentrated on the lower end of the economic ladder, the problem is now hitting families with higher incomes."

A plan to destroy the American economy by the "beast"?  Jesus Himself warned that a swing of events would take place and as a result of various calamities "Men’s hearts" would be "failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth…" Luke 21:26.
